Job Description: We are seeking a driven, creative, and humorous Content Manager to create and manage social and blog content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness and growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for social media, and a deep understanding of current trends and best practices. The Content Manager will be responsible for content creation and management for common platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and the Sergeant Laboratories Blog.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively suggest new strategies and tactics.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely and consistent posting.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Coordinate with technical writers to produce content for the Sergeant Laboratories blog.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field OR 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics is a plus. We are dedicated to fostering career development and providing comprehensive training to help the right candidate succeed in this role, regardless of previous experience level.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a strong sense of empathy. This role will involve providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to our software products and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions using our support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product functionality.
- Provide product training and guidance to customers as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, updates, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent of 4 years of work experience in IT or a related field.

- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience with working in a K-12 environment is preferred but not required.
- Candidates with a proven track record of success- i.e. school-related awards, workplace awards, or DECA experience will be given preference.
